Hafsat Gambari is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of nursing experience across inpatient, outpatient, forensic, and substance use treatment settings. She specializes in the management of child, adolescent, and adult mental health, with clinical expertise in depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring substance use conditions. Hafsat delivers compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for stability, emotional growth, and lasting recovery.
 
Hafsat earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. Her career spans diverse psychiatric roles, including inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth hybrid psychiatry, detox and wellness services, competency restoration, ECT perioperative support, and high-acuity forensic mental health.

Hafsat has been recognized for her commitment to quality patient care, having received a Certificate of Excellence for top performance in competency restoration services and participating in clinical advisory committees dedicated to improving patient outcomes. She maintains active licensure and certifications.

Outside of her professional work, Hafsat is married and the proud mother of four beautiful children. Thelma Gray, LPC, LPCC

Thelma is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families in mental health, child and family services, and behavioral health care.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Development, and is trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).  Her clinical work is grounded in trauma informed, evidence-based approaches that support healing, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.
 
Thelma provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy and counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults, offered both in-person and through secure telehealth platforms.  Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, family and relational issues, social or behavioral challenges, and substance use concerns.  Thelma integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with trauma-informed and attachment-focused interventions to support resilience, healthy coping, and lasting positive change.
 
Thelma’s experience includes community-based child and family services as a Child & Family Specialist and adult behavioral health services as an Addiction Case Manager and Behavioral Health Counselor.  She is committed to ethical, collaborative practice that empowers individuals and families to thrive.
 
Thelma is married and has one adult child.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, attending faith-based activities, and watching sports.
